Shea Butter for blondies and brunettes

Here is a beauty tip I ‘d like to share with you, especially if your hair have suffered coloration and decolouration and turned to dry and brittle.

Have you heard about Shea butter? Of course you had. This 100% natural butter is the fat extract from the nut of the African Shea tree and is usually used to nourish and hydrate sensitive and dry skin.

But Shea butter can be used as a pre-shampoo mask with astonishing revitalizing results. I found my long hair more brilliant, soft and elastic.

How to use it? Put a nut of butter in your hand and knead it until it becomes creamy. Then apply it on your crane and on the hairs length. Mass to make the product penetrate properly and wait 15 minutes. Wash your hair as usual, preferably with a natural or herbal shampoo. Repeat the operation once a month or once every two months.

You can replace Shea butter by cocoa butter, with the same result.
