I have discovered bepure by chance, when scrolling on Instagram. I was really interested in discovering these 100% organic beauty products made from Moroccan argan oil. I reach Kathleen, based in Winterthur , who founded bepure and she told me the story behind. Kathleen, as may of us, had a problematic mix skin : oily on the T-zone and dry and sensitive on the cheeks and she never found any cosmetic adapted to her skin. When she was visiting Morocco, she discovered argan oil by chance , and after a regular used over months, she noticed that argan oil was exactly what her skin needed… She then came up with the idea of launching a 100% organic cosmetic brand based on argan oil. But to concretize her idea, she first had to find a high quality supplier of argan oil, as the oils you usually find on the market are mixed up with sunflowers oil for instance.
Once she found her current supplier, Kathleen has been developing several products according to her needs, inventing and testing their receipt together with her supplier, designing the packaging , building her e-shop…
For you, we have tested three beauty products by bepure:
- Repair Haircare (with cedar, lemon and rosemary) : I have dropped a few of this oil on my hair (I have very thin and damaged mid-long hair) and comb them to spread the oil all over the hair. Wait about 15 minutes. Wash with your shampoo. Dry. Comb. Repeat once a week. I saw the result on my hair after the second weeks. They are softer , more brillant and thicker. Kathleen advised me to add 1 or 2 drops of Beautiful Hair hair oil before washing your hair.
- Relax bodycare oil (with vervain and green tea): I used it once on my whole body, but I shall confess that I am not patient enough to masse myself … Now I drop I few drops on my bath and I just relax and enjoy the refreshing smelling of the vervain… My skin seems hydrated when I am out of the bath. I sometimes use it after tweezing my legs to relieve the skin
- Intensive Day care serum with argan and rose : I use it as a daily cream or as a make up remover. The texture is soft and perfect to protect the skin in winter. Kathleen recommends to clean your skin with a floral water before applying the serum.
